Not sure if it is a software or hardware issue, but I see that in the analysis code, there is a correction for the vertical lines (visible in the example data). However, with my miniscopes, there are (visible) horizontal lines but no vertical lines (at least not easily detectable). Any ideas?

Hi Nikolas,

The vertical lines are due to variation between different ADC's in the CMOS chip and the newer versions of the PCBs and firmware generally correct for this variation well and there isn't much need from the column correction step in the initial analysis. The horizontal lines seem to show up at higher levels of gain and I am not quite sure of the source of this noise. I will look into it further when I have time but it shouldn't be much of an issue in analysis.
